Pay the registration fee
Pay using the QR code on the registration website. For cash payments, visit the Finance and Accounting Office, Room 508, Building A7, School of Dentistry, and collect your receipt.
Prepare your CME documents
Bring a notarized copy of your dental qualification (intermediate vocational level or above) and submit it at reception on the day you attend.
Receive confirmation and check in
The organizers will email confirmation within 3 working days of successful registration and payment. Look out for the reminder email and check in on the day of the conference.

Who can attend the conference?
Dentists and interested healthcare professionals. Companies are also welcome to register according to the conference guidelines.
Do workshops require separate registration?
Yes. Workshops on 09 November 2026 require separate registration. The announcement specifies 1.5 CME credit hours per session. See the portal for the workshop list and fees.
When will I receive confirmation after payment?
The organizers will email confirmation and conference information within 3 working days of successful registration and payment.
Are registration fees refundable?
According to the announcement, fees are non-refundable once registration and payment have been completed successfully.
